Can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been dispatched.

Can you deliver a pre-built bike?

For local deliveries within 10 miles of our unit, bikes can be delivered pre-built with no charge.

For UK deliveries, most pre-built bikes will need to be stripped for delivery. Care will be taken at all times and all bike parts will be quality checked before packaging.

Delivery options & Delivery Time frame

We offer free local delivery or collection on all our orders. Standard delivery to the rest of the UK is also available. Shipping costs will be calculated when products are added to the cart.

We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.

Next day or 2 day delivery can be arranged at our discretion. Please contact for more information.

How can I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you want, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored in your account.

Where are you located?

We are based in the north west, but we can deliver or send most items to anywhere within the UK.

Why is my delivery late?

Most of our deliveries can take place between 8am to 9pm. If its after 9pm on your expected delivery date then your order is late. On rare occasions deliveries can be delayed due to events out of our control, when this happens we work with our couriers to get your order moving a quickly as possible. Most delayed deliveries are delivered on the following day.
